The Tsunami Learning is a project committed to the sharing of experiences among tsunami affected nations. It views disaster reconstruction and recovery as a development opportunity. Immediate recovery needs are addressed without surpassing the long-term mitigation requirements.The project is being funded by Force of Nature Aid Foundation, Malaysia .
